Massage helps you to relax, rejuvenate and unwind further. I offer various different massage therapies. They are a perfect way to relax those tired muscles after a day on the beach, or just a busy day on your feet, or as a preparation or after sports activities.         Massage Therapies of all kinds help to alleviate stress, improve body posture and reduce stiffness.

I trained with the International Institute of Reflexology in Nottingham and have over a decade of experience in Reflexology and Massage. I have worked for the BBC in London, and trained for Thai Massage in Chiang Mai, Thailand to enable a thorough initiation into the theory and practice of this ancient massage technique. I am also qualified in Sports Massage and Indian Head Massage.

Sports/Deep Tissue Massage

Massage is one of the oldest known forms of therapy. Since ancient times it has been used to treat illness and improve health. It affects circulation and the flow of lymphatic fluid, which helps to rid congested areas of toxins. This not only induces a state of calm and relaxation, it also helps to reduce pain and releases muscle tension. Regular massage brings oxygen to the muscles via improved fluid circulation. This helps maintain muscle tone, relaxes tense and shortened muscles and stimulates and stretches muscles. It also helps to relieve muscle stiffness as a result of over exertion Treatments can be solely as a form of relaxation or for more specific injuries.


Deep relaxation, release of tension, increases flexibility and range of movement, improves circulation, helps insomnia, stress, high blood pressure and neck conditions, relieves pain and helps to promote inner peace.

Traditional Thai Massage

Thai massage is a therapeutic treatment that combines massage techniques, work on the pressure points and various stretching movements to help release blockages along the energy channels and alleviate stiffness and tightness. The treatment is performed on the floor rather than a massage couch to allow many movements that use the practitioner’s body weight. Lightweight clothing is worn during a treatment to allow maximum movement.

Reflexology is an ancient art of healing that stimulates the body’s own healing abilities. It is based on the principle that there are reflex points on the feet and hands which correspond to each organ and gland of the body. By applying pressure to these reflex points it helps to clear blockages in the body. This improves circulation of the blood supply and reduces stress and tension. Reflexology is beneficial for all age groups and relief can be brought about for a wide variety of acute and chronic problems.

Indian Head Massage
